Terms and Conditions

This initiative is our way of showing gratitude and support to those who step forward in times of need to protect the safety, health, and well-being of our communities.

Promotion Dates:
September 5 – 30, 2025

• Valid only during the stated promotion period.
• Not applicable to past purchases or future orders.
• No retroactive credits or invoice adjustments.
• Discounts apply at point of sale only.
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Promotion Details:
Eligible first responders receive 15% off qualifying items (equivalent to “save the tax”).

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all First Responders, including but not limited to:

• Firefighters (career and volunteer)
• Forest Fire Technicians
• EMTs / Paramedics
• Police Officers
• Red Cross personnel
• Other paid or volunteer emergency service providers who respond to assist others in emergency situations.

Identification Requirement:

• A valid ID, badge, or credential confirming first responder status must be presented at the time of purchase to honour discount.
• If ID is not available at the time of purchase, customers will be charged the regular price. They may return with valid ID for a refund of the 15% discount on eligible purchases. These credits will be honoured until October 31, 2025.
• Offer applies to individuals only (not organizations or businesses).

3. PFDs and safety merchandise (regular-priced items only)
4. Retail Parts (regular-priced items only)
5. Service Parts (regular-priced items only)

Non-Qualifying Items:

1. All Boats and Boat Packages
2. Easy Hauler Boat Trailers and Utility Trailers
3. Mercury Outboard Engines
4. Electronics
5. Service Labour
6. Freight, PDI Delivery Service fees
